deck the block then set the sleves then re-deck the block-- Harvester call,s for the sleves to be any were from zero to .006,remember if for some reason you have to go in later and rep[lace a sleve you will have to set up the boring bar and cut that one down to the higth of the other,s-- i have done them both way,s i had a old M that i stood the piston,s .080 out of the block and cut the head .200 to raise the compresion,that far out you will have to trim the edges of the pistons.
