I dont know where your specs came from but 460 was rated as 49 pto, 45 drawbar, that about all it had too. A good M would keep up with it in heavy work, I was there when this tractor was new, I worked at a IH dealer on set-up & delivery, we were trying to sell these against M/SM with fire-crater sleeves & pistons, it was not a clear victory with the newer tractor. The 560 it was no problem.
