JD: You people stayed with those gas Farmalls a quite awhile. The last 6 cylinder gas Farmall I ever saw was a 460. The 560s around here were all diesels. There were a couple of 504 but even most of them were diesel. This rather surprises me as I suspect your area worked tractors a lot longer and harder than we did. That 4 x 14 plow would have been a breeze for a 656 around here. I suspect the real reason for deisel in Canada is the high price we pay for fuel. Since about 1960 our fuel has been 1.5 times more than yours in comparable dollars and gallons.
