15-30 Carb and paint ???

Can anyone tell me if the is any info on 15-30 carburetors anywhere. I am also interested in finding out what configurations they came in.I have seen some red withh gray wheels and I have seen them gray with red wheels. Some with starting tanks and some without. What were the options? My 1928 has a motor that has a red top end and a gray block. Also are the wheels the only red parts? Some people paint the tank straps and the belt pully red also. Is that original or customizing at the exspence of a historicaly accurate piece? Thanks, Mike
