Farmall Cub Front

I have a 48 farmall cub. When i first got the tractor, a few months ago, the front tie rods would fall from where they come to gether in the middle. I have fixed this and done other work on the front rods. Now the front wheels are loose and run in different directions as you steer, esp. when backing. Have any of you had this problem and what is your solution
