I don't agree with dave on the Box blade. The Super A 3 pt should easily lift a 4 ft box blade using the rockshaft for the 3 pt lift. With the 3 pt using the front rockshafts, you should be able to pick up around 500 lbs, and the 4 ft box blade should not weight that much. I have a 6 ft box blade and my Farmall C with the 3 pt hooked to the rockshafts will pick it up. Doing much work with the box blade might be another matter. You can smooth loose dirt, spread gravel and the like, but don't expect to do a lot of heavy dirt moving. As to the wood splitter, the low reservoir capacity may be a problem and you might have to add reservoir capacity. Saginaw County Tractor makes a block that bolts in where the hydraulic manifold bolts to the touch control that would inable you to hook up the wood splitter and use the Super A hydraulic pump. I've measured the pressure on my C and the max pressure from the pump is 1500 psi. You may get less if your pump is not in good shape.
