704151R1 is IH part number and should be original from plant in England, these are now serviced by IH construction dealers for parts, this tractor was sold only to dealers holding CE contracts. In the meantime IH-CE was sold to DRESSER, then KOMATSU, you will have to see in bigger cities who has contract now, ag dealers dont usually have parts books on this machine. I believe its a form of the 444 sold by ag dealers. 3444 was a intregal frame loader tractor with Forward & Reverse hydraulic shuttle drive, 1st model was 3414, ag = B414.
