The earliest F12 would be a 1932 model. The 1932 models had the Waukesha flathead engine in them also, and there were only 25 of those made! IF it is a 32 model then it is worth the $1000 asking price, if it is 33 or later, I wouldn't give more than $200 for a stuck one that is complete. I just paid $150 for a complete stuck H, and $400 for a complete stuck H with a mower on it and wide front end. Steven
