It's hard to tell someone to lose weight - it almost seems like they'll fight like mad to do just the opposite. When my wife put on a few & was in the habit of buying new clothes instead of wearing something in the three closets + full of clothes, I figured out a neat trick...I bought us both memberships to the local fitness gym (I attempt to run / bike / lift weights every day - not that it helps much, especially since I'm fond of a clydesdale or three every now & then) I had wanted to use some better equipment than what we had at home & if you make it a point to GO TOGETHER at least four nites a week, the results are remarkable. I know it involves effort on your part, but hey - Who can't stand to work out a little? The best part, once she began to see the benefit, she has been sold & on her own ever since. Back down to a size 7, a size or two smaller than when we met several years ago. Good Luck!!
