h magneto and loader ?'s

How is the best way to check if my 46 H mag is performing to its best? It runs really good when it starts, I have timed it 3 times to this forums advice on process, but it just doesn't seem to fire the engine until its been cranking a while. When it has ran for a while it is even harder to start. I did some work on the carb and it is set to what I've been told. Maybe I should do the complete $75 rebuild. Help??? Oh yeah, Does anyone know anything about "Super Six" manufactured loaders that pivot off the front of the tractor? I got one and was wondering about its usefulness on my H. It apparently was built in Minneapolis Minn.
