I got stuck with one with a cracked head, a 350. Guy said it was a blown head gasket. So YES I do have experience with an IH diesel. A buddie of mine had problems with his too, even when he cooled it down. So don't go attacking someone as not having knowledge. There are different experiences that are had on all things mechanical. Maybe if you listen to others you can learn more. Thats why I used that as my sign in name, because all you self proclamed experts rip on every one. I just wanted to let him know what I experienced. I quess I will just not answer any more and let you "experts" handle it
