I've got a friend who grew up on JD 50's and 60's. The first time he plowed with my Super C (2-14 Fast hitch) he wanted to know if it was "suped up". Said it would out plow his 50, and certainly his uncle's straight H. Super C is a gutty little tractor, and if I had my choice between a straight H and a Super C, I'd take the SuperC any day....pull a 7 2/1 foot fast hitch disc anywhere in 2nd, most places in 3d gear...great little tractor, though not as heavy as an H.
