I am not sure if wittek "tower type" clamps were around in 34, but they were used on some later tractors. They have the screw going straight down towards the rad hose and pull up on the tower part when tightened. My 1929 10-20 still had the original ( I think) clamps on it and the screw went parallel to the hose, but I am not sure who made them, Maybe it was wittek who made that style also before they made the "tower style".They are similar to the double wire type, but have flat steel band that goes around the hose. One of my parts 10-20 had the same clamps on it and I have seen other old crusty original fence row tractors with the same clamps.Luckily I was able so reuse the old clamps I had. I would get a 1934 parts book or IHC overhaul manual and see what type they show in it, Sometimes if a parts book is a later year, say from 1940, they had changed clamp styles if the clamp company came out with a "better" type.
