The first one I drove was an 8N. Actually, I just steered it from dad's lap. The first one I drove solo was either dad's JD 430 (GREAT little tractor) or the neighbor's 630 JD (wide front end, 3 point hitch, and a 4" straight pipe that could be heard about a mile away.) My first tractor was a '47 Case SC that I should never have sold. But - this IS a FARMALL forum, right? Now we have a '47 H with cultivators on it, and we will probably go get the '51 Un-Super H this weekend! I like the red ones but am not prejudiced - I kinda like 'em all! Fireman
