Any experience with Carter and Gruenwald?

I believe Bermuda Ken is the parts guy there. I have heard good things about him/them and plan to order most of the parts I need for my H from them. I guess the only question I have is with shipping, does it cost a lot? Is it pretty fast? Has anyone had trouble with their parts or service? Good experiences are also welcome! In checking out various parts sources on the web and locally I have found thier prices to be lower, I just hope the shipping doesn't add up and make them more expensive. Thanks in advance! Steven
