It could also be the O-rings on the banjo fittings. They bolt into the top of the valve spools. There are two O-rings on each banjo, one on the bolt and one under the banjo. Also there are 3 o-rings in-between the stack of valve spools. They could also be the cause of your leak. The best way is to take the seat out and clean the area then start up the tractor and see where the leak is coming from.
