If you look hard enough at a 560D you will probably find a crack in the sleeve or sleeves. My 560 has a crack completely down one of the sleeves. You can't tell by listening to it run. It doesn't miss or stumble at all. So I just left it alone. It doesn't use any antifreeze. It's just a crack in the sleeve. I've put 2500 hrs. on it since I had the head off and it is still running strong!!!
