James you will probably need the vertical Delco Remy aftermarket distributor. I think the horizontal one will interfere with the oil filter assembly. Email me and I'll send you a picture of one. Place a WTB in YT classifieds and you should have no problem being offered one. They were quite common and replaced the factory magneto on Hs and Ms.
