Stuck M Sleeve

Help! I ordered one of the handmade sleeve pullers that was recommended on the board & it worked great on three of the four sleeves in my "M" block. The three that did come out were well-oiled w/o any scale, etc. The second liner from the front of the block isn't interested in coming out. I put 150 ft./lb. of torque on it & bent the puller plate. Any ideas? I tried to run a few beads with my Mig down near the bottom, in the taper to no avail. (I did not get things exceptionally hot, as I'm afraid of burning through or expanding enough to cause a problem. Thanks!
