With that much Freeplay, the fork pulls back far enough to come off of the sides of the carrier. Just painful. Look to make sure the T/O is good, and the tips of the fingers are not wearing excessively. If such is found, a new clutch and PP may be in order. Kits are the least expensive way to go. As a disk wears, the freeplay becomes less and less. If the freeplay increases, the clutch linkage and or T?o are getting shorter from rear, or failure. The T/O fork can also be bent, and the Pin holding it to the shaft can be shearing off/loose, check that carefully. JimN
