i recently picked up a 1943 h model for 500 bucks in 5 foot of grass and have begun restoration while tearing apart mag the internals were shot had it rebuilt for 100 bucks at local shop upon many attempts to time and crank no spark from mag ground is good on mag still no spark my question is even if the mag is out of timing i should still have spark anytime the motor is turning over right im thinking i should contact the rebuilder and have him retest it.
