I feel like a broken record, but these old tractors are very well-designed and robust and do not have any true weak points. But, they are 50, 60, 70 years old, and things wear out. So, it could be anything.
First off you need to describe it as more than just "a noise." What does it sound like?
It could be something as simple as loose lug bolts, or bearings, or gears.
