I have rebuilt dozens and dozens of carbs for H's and M's and about 90% of the secret to a NO DRIP carb is to smooth out the tiny little dimple that the needle wears in the float. Just use some emery paper and completly remove the dimple and reset the float level. Works every time. Hope this helps everyone. As a professional mechanic I have used this trick for over 40 years.
