2150 is an acrylic modified alkyd enamel, nearly but not quite as good as acrylic enamel automotive paint, not as good as the urethanes. As to the color, 2150 was not introduced until 1961. DuPont 7410 (PPG 70019) is the IH 50 equivalent, used from Nov?1937 until mid-1949. 1102 was used mid 1949-1958 (460/560 introduced), 201 until 1961 (404/504 introduced). The 2150 equivalent is Dupont 96766 or PPG 71310. Be advised that 2150 has a noticeable orange tint, as does 71310, I have not used 96766, or 7410 for that matter. Color will vary by manufacturer. The 2150 presently sold by Case-IH is not the same color used in 1961, either.
