Yep, we lawyers have a new word in our word cabinet..."Nifonged" He, of all people, should have used a lot of judgment in this thing in the beginning and left the investigation to the police rather than inserting himself into the affray--which he did--he was up for relection and he was trying to make hay with it! I hope they take his license. Just this week...HE got the message that he was holding the D/As office up to public disrespect and that HE was in deep doo do. JUST THIS WEEK...when his license was in jeopardy. tw
