584 International Head Gasket

My cousin has a 584 International that he has had for just over a year. It had a blown head gasket when he bought it, and it just blew it again. The head is straight, and so is the block. The head bolts seemed to come loose real easy so we're hoping that maybe they should have been re-torqued after a few hours the last time. Does anyone know what the head torques to on this little tractor? And should they be retorqued after a few hours run time?
