I had a real small manual round baler, and tried using it with my Farmall 300. It would handle the collecting of hay and packing, but the hydraulics on the 300 wouldn't keep the door closed. I know the M wouldn't handle a JD 4x4 baler my neighbor brought in. I ran my newer MF 253 with 47hp on the PTO, and it was right at the cusp of HP. Wrapping the bales took a lot of hp,with the hydraulic setup used on the baler for wrapping the twine
