Well on the rim I have off right now it has one stop block so yep probably missing a stop block and that would be why it has those holes then. Thanks
The centers from the H are going on a 340 and then the rims also will go on this 340. 36 inch tires in my area are like tring to find hens teeth but 38s can be found
