Won't be in Penn. I live in Northern Michigan so selling the mill to anyone at any distance would cost more for gas than the thing is worth! I do appreciate your advice and interest. I think my description was not very accurate. There was originally markings on the cyclone but the paint is too pealed to be readable. 2200-2800 rpm is stencled on the side and the Int. Harvester Co. emblem actually appears to be a sticker of some sort.
