Turn the pulley so the filler screw is at the 9 o'clock position (or 3 o'clock depending which way you are facing). Remove the screw or plug and fill with motor oil until it runs out. Then turn the hole down to the bottom and let the excess drain out. Replace the screw. It's a strange system and uses a slinger type mechanism.
