Richard, You`ve stumbled onto one of the better kept secrets of Fast Hitches on the 100,130 & 140 series tractors. Everyone thinks there was only a 1 point FH on them, but on the Hi- Clear models it was a 2 point with the same size prongs as the Super C (2 1/2").They used a 2 pt on Hi Clears because the 1 pt hung lower and right in the middle of the row to be cultivated or bedded.Kinda defeated the purpose of the Hi Clear if the hitch was in the way. I have a 1960 140 HC with a 2 point and a hipper. I know the sway brackets you speak of and found them in my Super A parts book (SAI-1A) under Cane Tools. These same brackets were used on the Super AV ,though the Super AV didn`t have the fast hitch ,they did use some of the same parts for the bedders and such. The part #`s you`re looking for are (PO 28 406 right stabilizing bracket)(PO 28 405 left stabilizing bracket). Also would say that they wouldn`t be the hardest things to make. I could take a few pics and give you some dimensions from mine. They are an angle iron welded to another plate with 2 holes. Mark
