Basically there arent any soak in water first decals if they're new production. We had some original John Deere water slide decals awhile back but dont know of any made now. Best bet for location is check the tractor pics on this site or the wisconsin historical website on farmall tractors. To apply make sure the surface is clean of wax, oils or lint and the paint is good and cured. One application method i've read about but didnt try was to spray down the surface with a squirt bottle of slightly soapy water (this allows you to slightly adjust the decal if need be), apply the decal and squegie out the water. Good luck.
