Patience, Mike. Have faith. It took me over five years to get my Dad's tractor back - and I don't even know why I wanted it. I discovered the reasons only after it was back home with Dad... he kept saying it didn't mean that much to him, but once he was back in the driver's seat I could see that it had an impact on him, and still does. One of the things my wife and I do when we want a rather large purchase is to give ourselves and "allowance" each month that we can put away until it reaches a sizeable amount. Together we weaseled away a few thousand dollars in a few months time for a down payment on a vehicle that we both wanted. I usually end up spending my allowance on parts before it gets to be a real big amount... :o)
