1066 HELP!

I've never done this before. :>( But, I've got a 1066 that just doesn't have the snort I think it should have; just kinda acts and feels like my 966 to be real honest about it. Just doesn't have that extra "kick" to it like a 10 ought to and I think it has been squeezed down a little because when I crack the throttle I get absolutey no smoke at all. Just a plumb clear exhaust. I've need to hook on to the plow to upset 45 acres of bound up ground that just isn't producing right and this is the main reason that I bought this tractor in the first place. So, long story short, I'm going to turn 'er up 20 horses. I "unscrew" the smoke screw one turn, is this right? Thanks, Allan
