More Char Lyn ps problems

My Char Lyn ps system on my SMTA still blows
fluid out the vent washer on top of the reservoir
even after I replaced the return hose. I have checked for air leaks throughout the system. It starts this leaking process after it warms up. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with it? The pump is relatively new, the filter is also new, the torque motor has been resealed. Any help would be appreciated.
