Well, I sorta convinced mine to come out by turning the block upside down, got a square block of oak wood and got a very large hammer. I think I would pour diesel fuel in the holes from top and set it on fire and let it burn out and heat it up. On mine, one or two came out, the other two, the sleeves and pistons came out in one piece. TW
