That is not a factory IH wide front. IH only made two styles of wide fronts for the SH. One with the tie rods out in front and one with a cast center bolster. Yours is an aftermarket one not made by IH. It most likelly is stamped "IH Universal" because it fits many differant IH tractors. If you look at the frame that bolts to the tractor it most likelly has several holes drilled to fit several tractor models.
