The "Important" sticker contains break-in information. Basically running at 1/2 throttle for the first 25 hours I think, it should be broke-in by now though.

There should be a plug in that hole! You don't want dirt getting in there. Ours have metal plugs in those holes.

And here are a couple of pages I scanned with the lubrication information for a balanced head 1110, but applies to most of the balanced head mowers. The wobble box greasing is VERY important, too much grease or too little will cause shortened life!
