Farmall / IHC 706 ??

I am looking at purchasing a 706 with a loader. I was told it is an IHC 1965 model, but I am not so sure if that is correct or not? It has a serial #7716-S-Y. Can someone please varify this for me? I am also wanting some input (good & bad) on this model of tractor before I make a decision to buy. I would be using it for moving round bales of hay, snow removal, little dirt/manure hauling, mowing, post-hole digging. Thanks for the help.
