Replace the resistance unit. Porcelain thing with wire terminals on each end , found just above or below voltage regulator. Remove sheet metal panel beside park lock operating lever to gain access to voltage regulator. These tractors will not charge the batteries if the resistance unit is bad. Been there , done that. Could be voltage regulator also.
