If you don"t mind "black" bar-baque paint is the best. Not high heat engine paint but bar-baque paint from the hard ware.
We paint all the pipes on our snowmobiles with it and it never comes off and protects for years.
I did see the other day at Home Depot that they had it in other colors ! Don"t know how it works , but the black is great. I have even painted the exhaust manifold on my Super M with it and it still is perfect.
