The o-ring is generic, cost maybe a quarter, speedi sleeve about $25 at any bearing supply place, maybe even NAPA if you can explain it to them. But, the hole that the shaft goes through has to be enlarged to accept the sleeve, best to have a machine shop do it, you are still at less than $100. If the shaft is not worn too much, the o-ring alone may do it, but I can't promise that.
