The easiest way to do that is to take the pedals and shaft to a machine shop. They will bush the pedals, and will probably prefer to make you another shaft rather than rebuild the old one. Can't answer for the hyd lever, I assume that you can do the same thing, but you will have to drop the belly pump, if that is the lever you mean.
