R1 was a 300 carb. some came without the high speed adjustment screw, nut and packing and used a plug in the hole. I have added the adjustable parts to those carb but got them used. 361525 R2 was a original 350 carb. and a lot of 300. If the carb. is way rich I suspect more of a problem than adjustment.
