The 350 carb should have the adjustable load metering screw just like an H or an M. It is possible that someone drilled out the load adjusting seat, and replaced it with a screw-in jet from a Holley carb. If so, you should be able to see it when you remove that plug. It might be possible to replace that jet with a smaller one, or even get a load adjustment screw like should be on it and use that screw with the jet to adjust your fuel flow. Another option would be to replace the main metering stem in the carb with a stem from a super H or an M. They are interchangeable.
