I suggest you first jack up the front and then wobble the wheels by hand. Watch to see if the steering rod moves. Also remove the top of the steering box and see if the gears and spiral mech properly ALSO, when you turn the sterring does the sector gear move back and forth? If so the bushing bearing on the top of the bolster is worn. Remove sector gear, jack up tractor to allow steering shaft drop down and replace bushing. They rotate as yhey come out. Also, check you front wheel bolts, etc. Mine workrd loose and caused a wobble.I did all these and fixed for 26$.
