IF SLEEVE IS RUSTED UP, GET AS MUCH OF IT LOOSE AS POSSIBLE, THEN USE CYLINDER HONE TO POLISH SLEEVE. MAY NEED TO DO THIS 2 OR 3 TIMES AND SOAK WITH PB BLASTER, THEN KNOCK OUT WITH PIECE OF WOOD FROM BOTTOM. I HAD A CASE 800 WITH SAME PROBLEM ON 2 CYLINDERS, THIS WORKS FOR ME.
