Not quite yet. But a great start. (no pun intended) The cub should put about 7.2 to 7.4 volts into the battery when the engine is running fast, and tha battery is fully charged up (with a small charger on 2 amps, overnight). The voltage is most important. If it is not, the regulator needs to be adjusted to charge more. If it is at the volts above, it should never discharge at high speeds when the lights are on.
