Cub PTO jumps out of gear

My Cub PTO won't stay in gear when I'm running my belly mower, when I shift in into gear it grinds but sometimes it will go in gear, and then jumps out when I hit the clutch or shift gears, anybody have any idea what exactly to look for here to fix it? Do I have to split the transmission and rear end? Where can I find a PYO clutch?
