It may, I haven't seen enough HI Clear models to really know much about them. There are lots of 140 here around home, but almost no Hi Clear models. I was high bidder on one of the very last 140 Hi Clearance tractors at a sale a few years ago, but the owner didn't let me have for 1000 dollars. It did have cultivators on it, but I don't know how much if any difference there were in them.
